hello, I am also being charged monthly even after I cancel my plan before the next billing cycle. I could not find any information on "HOW" to request or get a refund in the links you provided above. could you help us here? Also, it is very alarming that many people are getting the same experiences. Adobe should do something before we think this is a fraud company. Thanks, Fandi
