Basically, the client needs his own account. You can assit the client (via remote if necessary), but it is important that the client accepts the terms&conditions. If the client is a bigger organization and needs multiple licences (and wants those being managed by his IT), he should contact a local reseller for a teams licence or book that via Adobe sales. You can call either the reseller or Adobe sales for more information on that.
Individual licences are too inflexible for companies that have more that one or two creatives.
