Adobe Creative Cloud kündigen

Guten Tag,

ich möchte mein Adobe-Creative-Cloud-Abo kündigen, das bis zum 15.11.2025 läuft. Ab dem 16.11.2025 startet das Abo von neuem. Wenn ich auf „Abo kündigen” klicke, wird mir Folgendes angezeigt.

„Dir wird eine Gebühr für die vorzeitige Kündigung berechnet: 393,24 €.”

Wie kann das sein, wenn ich einen Tag vor dem Start des neuen Abos kündige? Ich bitte um Aufklärung.

there should no early termination fee if you 12th monthly payment was received (and your dates are correct).  ie, check your account, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?

eg, any payment problems,?
more than one subscription?
only the plan(s) you want(ed)?

Es gibt kein Zahlungsproblem und ich habe nur ein Abonnement, das ich kündigen möchte. 

Es liegt wohl daran, dass ich letztes Jahr ein Jahres-Abo abgeschlossen habe und das erst nach einem Jahr kündigen kann. Das habe ich jedenfalls mittlerweile herausgefunden. Ich werde diesbezüglich bei der Verbrauerzentrale nachhaken, ob das Rechtens ist. In der USA gabe es letztes Jahr zu diesen Thema auch schon mehrfach Probleme. Siehe hier

no, you can cancel anytime. but there's a fee if you cancel after the renewal date or before that 12th payment is received.  from your description, there should not be a fee, but other users sometimes mis-represent their situation here.

 

to clarify your situation:

 

what is your monthly payment amount?

what does your adobe account show regarding your plans renewal or start date?

Das Startdatum ist der 16.11.2024 und das automatische Verlängerungsdatum 16.11.2025.
Bisher habe ich 29,99 EUR (excl. Steuer) gezahlt.

there appears to be an error on adobe's end.  they're charging you a 6 month penalty which means they think you're cancelling 12 months early.

 

unfortunately, because it's the weekend we're unlikely to get any adobe employees here to help and waiting until monday will complicate things (because then you will be past your renewal date).  i'm going to send you a private message with info about how to resolve this. 

 

please update this thread after getting that message.

Vielen Dank für die Hilfe.

Leider habe ich gestern Abend um 21:46 Uhr nicht mehr hier rein geschaut. Nun ist der 16.11.25. Ich hätte das Thema auch schon unter der Woche angehen können, nur hatte ich da viel zu tun. Ärgerlich.
