Adobe Creative Cloud keeps signing me off on a MACBook Pro

Adobe keeps signing me off and asks for me to log in about every 2-5min. I'm on a Mac ver 10.15.7; 2.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel i7; 16GB. I uninstall everything and reinstall. I read some of the comments from others that experience the same thing and nothing. I deleted the opm.db and the OOBE file in my library; nothing is working. I downloaded the LogCollector Tool, but I don't know where to send it. I haven't used my apps for a couple of weeks, and the problem started when I try to use them again. All apps were updated. I need help ASAP.
