Adobe Creative Cloud Pro membership via TechSoup not working properly

Hello! My organization had a full Adobe Creative Cloud plan but I was told about the discounted version offered on TechSoup. I signed up for that and cancelled our other plan but now it's saying that I don't have any plans or apps at all? I don't know what I did wrong or how to fix this.

Techsoup says to contact Adobe

you'll need an adobe employee to do that.
