I got a Yeti Rambler Bottle gift at Adobe Creative Cafe that offers 1 free year of creative cloud but I cant register it? Please help.

Yes, I have the serial number and when I type it in to the register part of Yeti, the product pops up but after I click register nothing happens

It's related to Yeti but when you register the bottle it gives you a gift which is a code that you use in Adobe to get the free 1 year.
