Adobe does not give me the option to cancel my account.

Hi! I´ve got a problem. I signed in for a free trial month and then simething wrong happened or I did that I signed up for a full year plan to paid monthly. I noticed straight away and then I cancelled the payment in my paypal account. The point is that I thought it was gonna be enough but now Adove keep sending me messages saying the payment failed and the doesn not give me the option of cancel my plan following the steps that are shown in this community.

What can I do to avoid them to charge me more money when I´m not even using this service since september??? I´m paying 36 euros a month and that so much for something I´m not using. I feel I´ve being scamed.
