Adobe does not want to provide to me the additional 20% discount for Black Friday

Adobe does not want to provide me the additional 20% discount for Black Friday just because I used a yearly plan and not a monthly plan, even if in their T&C it's not mentioned that you need to use a monthly payment plan to have this price. I'm really disappointed and nobody wants to help me.

Correct answer kglad

discuss with adobe, which appears you already did and they determined you were not eligible to use whatever you tried to use.  there's nothing anyone here can do to change that.

@robinsonchera Your current plan disqualified you. The Black Friday special was only for the first year for new users. See the terms and conditions here:

Not exactly, the plan was not closed by me, it was closed by Adobe with no
reason, so I'm eligible 🙂

1. You said you had a annual plan, so you were not a first time subscriber. Read the Terms and Conditions (above) for eligibility.

"I used a yearly plan and not a monthly plan"

2. The Black Friday deal ended on November 24 and is now over.
