Adobe Express per utenti singoli è gratuito.

Poi al momento della accettazione vengono richiesti 12 euro al mese.

I don't have any version of express. When I tried to Install the free version of Adobe Express, Adobe first asked me for a montly fee.

So there's no free version.

there's a free version and there's a premium version (that's not free). you apparently have the premium one.
