I got fraudulent charges on my card from Adobe. And this is not the first time.

Me: Rep, I just saw two charges made from AdobeAcroPro (19.99 and 29.99) and I only have one account with you, and should be 14.99

Rep: Asked the usual security question. Card number, email address, and charge date.

Rep: I do not see any charges made from us besides the 14.99. We did not charge you 19.99 and 29.99.

Me: I see my bank statement and you have charged me these amounts.

Rep: I can’t do anything. Call your bank and dispute the charges.

Me: This is a security issue. You have the obligation to report it.

Adobe Cybersecurity/Fraud team/Cyber Threat Intel - This is very concerning. This is Fraud and a serious ethics issue. I am letting you guys know you need to investigate as you either have been breached or have a glitch in your system. THERE IS NO WAY you are comfortable telling me that I need to call my bank to get these charges disputed.  You are claiming protection against fraudulent activities but sending me to the bank to resolve this issue is not the best approach. This is serious and you have the obligation to investigate.

you need to contact your credit card issuer as previously suggested.  there's nothing a vendor can do to cancel your compromised card and it's not the vendor's fault if your credit card has been compromised.  ie, pay attention.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
