Hi everyone,I was using a monthly subscription to the Adobe Illustrator app, but I had to work on another computer where I couldn't use my subscription and created another account where I used the trial version. I did not enter payment information for the new account, but the money was still withdrawn. Maybe someone know .Why is this happening?

That "away from computer" situation is one of the reasons why a Cloud version makes so much sense.

You must enter payment information when you start a free trial. Note in the Free Trial Terms that billing automatically starts after the free trial ends and a cancellation date is given to avoid being billed.
As Monika said, only Adobe Customer Care can assist with billing. Contact them and do not reply to PMs.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

(and it's unclear why you couldn't use your subscription on another computer.)
