Adobe in Croatia

When will Adobe Cloud be available for Croatia? It makes no sense to buy from official resellers because you can only but per year subscription, and if I would buy all that I need I would bankrupt.

Its 2024, several other Eastern European countries have access but we dont. I can choose region Croatia but at the billing infomation it says invalid input on ZIP code and card number. Tried several cards that I have, always the same issue.

 

Please make Adobe approachable to us, we would glady pay.

Hi Kanikas,

 

I tried again over the first link but it says again invalid input.

 

I clicked on the second link and it transferred me to the Italian region, I just see articles, and I dont see where to contact support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
