Adobe in Russia for active users

Community Beginner ,
Mar 05, 2022 Mar 05, 2022

Dear Sirs,

I am a fashion and personal photographer from Russia. I use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for my works. I officially pay for these programms during all these years.
I read the post of
Shantanu Narayen published in your blog yesterday. There was no information about active users. Mr.Narayan said nothing if I can prolong my subscription and use new versions of the programs.
It would be very kind of you to provide more details?

Thank you,

Daria

We are volunteers on this forum and do not work for Adobe. (Staff has an Employee badge.) It is not possible for us to provide further details, as they have not been given to us.

As I said in a different thread, this may not even be Adobe's choice. Software sales to foreign countries are often regulated by the federal government. It's possible (I haven't looked into it) that Adobe is complying with the sanctions being imposed by the United States government.

In any case, the people here are largely volunteers, not Adobe employees. We know as much as you do.
