I am getting charged $32 a month from an account that i do not know the email or number for. I do not know how to fix this. On the other hand, I just got an email about how my account is going to be UPGRADED TO A $59.99/mo plan SINCE I GRADUATE NEXT MAY!!!! How does this make snese?! I graduate in seven months, so my student membership ends in seven days?? I am literally crying over here. I am already getting charged $390/year from an account i cannot access or cancel, and they are about to start double charging my account for the one I have access to.... Someone please help. If I cancel my card, will they still charge my new one? DO they have my account information, or just my debit card number? I feel like they are stealing and stealing, and as "easy" as it sounds to cancel your account, I have not managed to do so!!!!:( someody please.

If you are sure the charge is on an email that you never had, contact the fraud people at your credit card
