I had a Lightroom plan that I cancelled in July, when the mandatory one year period ended. Tonight I noticed that I was charged 11.99€ from my bank account and as I look into it now, I have been charged the previous months also! I cancelled my plan after the one year mandatory period and when I log into my account, there are no active plans!
Why am I still being charged? I really don't like my email written here in public, but I cannot find an actual email of your customer care that I can write directly to.
This is really frustrating, why am I still being charged and for what?
You need to contact support and they shall resolve the issue appropriately. Follow the steps below to contact support.

If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open 3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box 4.
