Adobe keeps trying to charge me without any sub

Hey,

I am trying to be calm but it's kinda ridiculous situation. I was talking to support and trying to resolve this  for hours now in the last 2-3 weeks. Adobe keeps trying to charge me for almost 800 euros (couple of weeks ago and today - each time 3 times in a row ). Couple of weeks ago I was assured that there is no financial ties or obligations and I even got part refund. Great and cool.  But than again today early morning my credit card was blocked because Adobe tried to charge me 3 times for 800 euros again - support said "payments was send as a glitch" and I will not receive any future payment requests. I got no sorry, nothing. I couldn't even ask additional questions - support chat has ended. Is blocking Adobe only way to be sure now? How can I confirm that it won't happen again? It's a lot of money to "glitch" out of my account frankly.

thanks for any suggestions

Hi @Hefalu,

We understand this is not ideal. As per your account info, your subscription was cancelled on February 20, 2024 as you were moving to a different country for a couple of months.
Ideally once the subscription is cancelled, the billing cycle stops. Do not worry, we'll look into this and see what has caused this glitch to occur.

Please stand by!

Regards,

Shivangi
