@khoirun38997138l6w0 make sure you're using the correct email and password when logging into adobe account. I have two different accounts, and I get mixed up quite easily! 

Also, the 'Adobe Key' is case sensitive too, so make sure you're entering the correct key without typos. Was the 'key' given to you? If so, also make sure the key isn't activated on another device or expired.
