I was getting a message that stops my work in Adobe saying "it appears that more than one user is using my account". I am the only person using my account. I am positive.
With that said, I contacted Adobe support and their only options to fix this were to make me buy a family plan (NO!). Or cancel my current personal subscription and start a new one which is what we did.
I have been using my Adobe for about a month just fine...and guess what.... Yep, the message is popping up again and impacting my business and it does not allow me to work in Adobe until I close out and clear the message. I am afraid that soon it will shut me out completely. I know if I call Adobe they will just try to get me to buy a family plan as that is what two different reps I have talked to have stated.
Please help!!!!!!!!
P.S. I am only logged into my two laptops.
