Hola.
Compré el 13/07/2022 un plan de 20 GB por 12 meses en Amazon. Me dieron un código y lo cajeé con exito en Adobe. Cancelé la anterior suscrición para seguir con este nuevo plan hasta el 13/07/2023 .... Pero ya llevo una semana sin poder trabajar con mi nuevo plan porque no lo han activado. Sigo teniendo activa la antigua suscripción que al estar cancelada tampoco me deja trabajar..
Me he quedado sin nada estando ya pagado el nuevo plan.
Después de una semana intentando que me lo solucionen siguen sin arreglármelo... y sin poder trabajar

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam.
