I would like to cancel my Adobe plan. I followed the guide which is linked and yet I couldn't find the Cancel button. After some more digging, I was told if you can't see the cancel button I should contact the support team. This led me to a live chat where the system asked me what I wanted to do. I told it I wanted to cancel my plan and it referred me back to the cancel sub-page which didn't help.
When asked if this had resolved my issue, I said no and it tried to connect me to an assistant. This then drops the connection for some reason (tried several times) and I now have no way to cancel.
Can someone please help me here.
