On Adobe's home page, log into your Adobe account with your Adobe ID.
Then check your account settings. This will show you any subscriptions or purchases you may have.
Did you get a serial number from your purchase? If so, register the number with your Adobe account.
It's also possible you got a "coupon" code to purchase the software and you need to actually purchase it through Adobe.
If it is not registered with Adobe, they wouldn't know anything about it. If you can't register it, you would need to contact the company you purchased it from.

Still is not working. They are now charging me $20 a month of adobe pro... so what the heck did I spent $160 when I purchased it though Lenovo?
How can I get in touch with adobe? Their customer service is horrible.
it is not Lenovo fault. They gave me serial number and my adobe account said adobe pro active through July 2027. And I was signed in on my pdf desktop program as well. I either need $160 refund for what I purchased originally or I need my $20/month subscription to be refunded and confirmed I will still receive pdf conversion with the license I bought with my Lenovo laptop.
I had to give up and purchase the $20/month subscription in order to access the word to pdf conversion but I would like this rectified.
Please help! Or I will need to contact Better Business Bureau.
Thanks,
Will

and if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html
additionally, below are solutions some users reported:
if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english
if that fails, change the install location
