Adobe refund for wrong purchase

Good evening, how to return the money for the Photoshop packer, I chose the wrong package and replaced it, and the money was not returned for 1 package. And why don't I have a grace period like a Ukrainian woman?

I mistakenly transferred Rs. 13,000 to Adobe. How do I get it back?

cancel your subscription, if you're still within the 1 week cancellation period.

 

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

check your account to see if the charge is being reversed or refunded.

 

if not, contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
