Adobe refuses to allow customer and restricts the contact center being able to remove or delete credit card informatin from the user account. FTC fraud report filed https://reportfraud.ftc.gov.

Thanks @Kanikas. Opened a case with Adobe Support to remove the credit card payment method. Kindly restore the knowledge article that guides users in this direction.

That link won't work anymore and the problem is still continuining in 2025. Adobe won't let the user delete old credit cards from the account and there seems to be no way to contact them to do so.
