Dear Adobe Support Team,
I have just noticed that I have been charged CHF 11.90 monthly for a subscription I did not purchase. It appears it might be related to Adobe Express, but after thoroughly checking my Adobe account, purchases, and billing history, there is no record of this subscription.
This situation is highly concerning and resembles a scam, which is not something I would expect from a reputable company like Adobe.
Please investigate this matter and cancel the subscription immediately. I would also appreciate confirmation that no further charges will occur.

We are here to help you. I see that you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with this community. There is no active subscription under this ID and no charge as well. Do you have a different Adobe ID? Did you get an email? Do you mind sharing the payment receipt? Please cover the private information before sharing the receipt.
