Adobe saying I don’t have a plan

While trying to use my adobe subscription it keeps telling me I don't have a plan, which I do have and pay routinely as my debit card statements show me. I used to use it on my macbook, however that stopped working recently. I'm now trying to use it on my HP laptop and that's where this issue is coming up, and also on my ipad.
