 I bought the ALL APP package, I didn't need it so I asked for a refund, the support staff helped me refund to a new card, but in the end it was still refunded to the frozen bank. It's all a lie, they are a professional scam company

sounds more like a misunderstanding than a lie.  ie, recontact adobe.
