Adobe Software Installations Stalling and Freezing

Hi everyone,

 

I have never had this issue before but in the past two days when I have been trying to install Adobe Software's to my computer from Creative Cloud such as Photoshop or Premiere Pro the installation of the software's keep freezing at a number (Photoshop 55% & Premiere Pro 4%). I have tried everything - I updated my computer, unistalled and reinstalled creative cloud, restarted my computer, freed up space on my computer,  used the creative cloud cleaner tool, and I've used different wi-fi connections and even plugged directly into the internet box but nothing is working they keep freezing. 

 

Has anyone ever had this issue before? I need the applications downloaded so I can get my work done but I can't get an application on my computer. Please help!

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
