Adobe stealing my money

AND THERE IS NOWHERE TO CONTACT CHAT OR PHONE. 

Like FAQ and contact pages eagerly forward to forum, but dont display phone nr or chat link, terrible criminals. 

 

You guys are sneaky bastards, I got into a subscription i never activated, then get forced to pay a whole year when i want to cancel. Im a student and dont have this money, THIS IS THE LAST TIME IM USING YOU GUYS 

 

I'm posting this here, because quite frankly this site and navigation SUCKS. 

i cant wait for Davinci and AI solutions to sweep the rug from under adobe, industry standard my ass.

your browser needs to allow cookies and popups for the chat window to open.  using a mobile browser is usually successful.

 

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

Im using chrome, and chat doesnt open up. I support popups opening, on safari i can reach chat. 

But seriously, how can you guys not support the most common browser, still in the middle of getting this solved, then im cancelling all my adobe products.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

I managed contacting in safari, not in chrome regardless of cookie settings.. 

I don't appreciate the practices of memberships and how users get (mis)informed. Cancelled all my subs now, goodbye adobe 👋
