Adobe Store 404 Not Found

I need to log in to the Adobe Store to update my credit card, but I have been getting a 404 not found error for the Adobe Store Turkey page for two days.

I tried it from different devices and browsers, the result is the same "This Adobe site does not match your location. We thought you might prefer the Turkey website, where you can benefit from regional content, offers and pricing based on your location." I'm getting this warning

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
