Adobe Store not working i need to check my billing

I am trying to check my billing history and I kept getting directed to the Adobe Store link but it never loads and i keep getting a 404 error.

When i manually go to shop.adobe.com, it loads but redirects me back to adobe.com account details and i still can't access my billing information tied to shop.adobe. I see other threads that are similar so this is a recurring issue?

I cant seem to chat with a real agent and this is frustrating me. Please help. thank you.

I've dound way to solve the issue with Digital River using this link

This link allowed me to change the credit card but I'm still waiting they charge me the current month.

I was asking and replying on this thread but now it's locked https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/digital-river-and-credit-card-payments/m-p/15075601#M586955.

ha anyone been able to solve this. I am being billed anytime today but my credit card has maxed out and I need to use another card but cannot find the edit billing button. Same loop that says "sorry couldn't find that page".

Hi Kanikas, my license has expried yesterday, is there any way to contact digital river or any solution, otherwise I'll loose access to my plan and files.

check your account at https://account.adobe.com

if you need to contact adobe, there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I have the same issue, when I go to the explained links from adobe.com i had the 404 error and if I go to shop.adobe.com I cannot login, it redirects to adobelogin.com and returns automatically to shop.adobe.com... an eternal loop. I found that my account it should be on digitalriver but cannot find the way to change my credit card. I don't want to cancel my current account and create a new one on adobe.com, the prices are 10 times more than my current plan.
