Adobe subscription ended, I still have access to their apps
I paid for a year subscription on my school account, which should have ended by a long time. However I see that I still have access to all the apps. The same subscription plan of the other students ended like it should. I looked for the expiration date on my account to see what was going on, which normally should be located under ''manage plan'', but the button is not there. There is no option to change the plan or cancel it. I tried to connect with someone using the chat support, but the bot does not help me and does not wan't to connect me to an agent. Because the bot could not find an ''active plan'' on my account, even though I have access to all the apps?? Can someone please enlighten? (sorry for the bad english)
