Question

Adobe unfairly took my money and canceled my membership

I have purchased a 1 year subscription directly from Adobe on March of 4th, and now I received an email saying that, We are reaching out to you to let you know that our fraud prevention experts have detected fraudulent behavior related to your Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB subscription. As a result, your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the Adobe apps and services covered by your subscription.

As I googled it, I noticed many people has gotten this mail and lost subscriptions.

Ironic thing is I rarely even use them. So I mean even tho I know Adobe restricted over usage of like Ai I probably didn't even get close to 10% of their limit. Also even tho my brother also has the same kind subscription in his computer in our house, I didn't use his and bought another one.

And adobe cancels sub without any real reason. How can I ever trust any adobe product and buy again or recommend anyone to buy?

I want explanation.

This problem just occurred to me. I wrote to support and they said they had been ordered to investigate the case. I have had the account for years and nothing has ever happened to it. And now suddenly my entire package has been canceled.

I hope my data is safe

I'm starting to suspect an EMAIL imposter -- someone pretending to be Adobe.  If you can still access your software, that EMAIL is bogus.

Log-in to your account below to confirm the software is active:

Or, CONTACT ADOBE SUPPORT:

No write access. I can't use my Adobe Creative Cloud applications right now. This e-mail was sent directly by Adobe and I contacted support, they said they could not provide information about this. I received an answer saying "Technical team will take care of it and we will get back to you within 5 - 7 days."

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
