Adobe will not allow copy and paste

Since an update from Adobe i have lost the ability to copy a password and then paste it into the password box to open up a doucment via Adobe

If anyone can help that would be great ?

Thank you - I have de installed and rienstalled but the issue is still there.  Does anyomore have any other oslutions which may work ?
