Valpp, sorry you are blocked from canceling your membership. Please use a different browser to complete the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

If you continue to encounter problems, then I would encourage you to use a different device and contact our chat support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen for direct assistance with canceling the plan before you face a penalty.

You have to remove your social login from Adobe account and change it to email, this will let you cancel free trials and more

I'm having exactly the same problem with the same sign in screen, click on continue & nothing happens, you can't even get anywhere with the chat & all of the links I follow just go around in circles.

Phil, try the suggestions offered by Kglad to unblock the device you are using from contacting us.

You don't need to have Adobe software installed, to follow the advice in this public discussion, so you may want to use a different computer, network, or device to contact us or self-cancel your membership per the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Hi Jeff,

I have tried all related links to cancel this if Adobe can't get their
website to work with a mainstream browser that's a very poor show for a
global company.

I have tried several times to self cancel via my account but it just says I
am not logged in. Adobe is telling me I need to install the software, it's
of no use to me as my plugins won't run within the application...

to contact support per @Jeffrey_A_Wright, and use chat

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

you can also contact adobe support via phone and twitter,

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
