adobe wont let me change my plan

every time i try to change my adobe plan, it says : something is wrong , try again later. any help?

hi there, i was able to talk to an agent and they were able to help get me
from all app plan to the LR plan. but thank you so much for looking into it
and being willing to help

check your account to check if there's a current payment problem.

if there is, fix it - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html and then change plans.

if there is none, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-creative-cloud-plan.html
