Adresse et nom de facturation (invoicing name / adress)

Bonjour,

Je ne trouve pas l'endroit où on peut changer l'adresse et le nom de facturation, pour faire apparaitre le nom de ma société.

Est-ce dû à mon compte ? Dois-je recréer un nouveau compte en tant qu'entreprise ?

J'ai regardé partout, au niveau du profil et au niveau du moyen de payement, il n'y a pas d'option.

Comment faire ?

Once the requested change has been implemented, you can utilize the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/print-creative-cloud-invoice.html to download the invoice. There may be a slight delay for the change to be processed, but once complete, the updated address with the Company name will be available for all invoices under the account.

No, i already tried this. It's the standard answer in your FAQ.

I only have the option to change my credit card infos in this screen, no way to change a BILLING NAME. I need to change the BILLING NAME to my COMPANY NAME for the accounter.

Completely ridiculous to need to contact a representative by chat to hange an addresse. Is this Soviet Union redux?

do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?

I don't know, so i think it is an "individual" one. I created my company 2 years ago (i work alone) and i kept the same subscription.

Is it possible to change this ?
