My one year adobe cc is almost done in 2 weeks and I wanted to cancel it earlier. When input a reason, I ticked too expensive after which I proceed to my cancellation. Then I came to the section in which they offered a discounted one-year subscription.
I clicked on it and proceed to payment but then I got a message that they could not change my plan.
Can someone help me with it. If not, I will have to cancel and open new account with my student email but I will lose all that I have on my original freelance account.

The rentention incentive (2 free months) is to keep you from cancelling. You are agreeing to another year of service. Do you want to keep paying for 12 more months of Creative Cloud? If not, just cancel and say NO to the free offers.

To add to @Nancy OShea's post: students are eligible for discounted subscriptions. Please contact Adobe customer care if you have trouble for changing your subscription.
BTW: I thought you would cancel? Why are you concerned losing data on your account?

Thank you all, I managed to get agent from Adobe and really fast. They renewed my subscription on discounted price and I don't have to change anything.
