Agree terms and conditions

I have adobe membership using windows 10 and I'm trying to purchase some presets on adobe exchange. However, after completing so far a pop-up appears asking me to agree to the terms and conditions. But, there is no tick box for me to agree to this so I can't complete my purchase. I'm using Firefox but I've also tried on Chrome but to no avail.

Try zooming out with Ctrl +  - (minus).  Or reverse, use Ctrl + + (plus). 

Or try another browser that allows cookies and does not have script blockers.
