I use a school account for Adobe. I paid for the AI assistant for Acrobat, used it for a couple days, and now it's gone. I can't even cancel the subscription because I don't have access to the Adobe Admin Console. I purchased the annual plan. So now I'm going to pay for something I can't even use anymore.

@atsalkie25 Adobe's user accounts can be complex, especially with a school or enterprise license. The most common reason for this issue is a conflict between your individual AI Assistant subscription and your school's Adobe license. You likely purchased the AI Assistant as an individual add-on, which is a personal license. However, your main Acrobat application is probably provided through your university, which is a Teams/Enterprise license.
Your Admin Console is managed by the school's IT administrator. This admin has control over what features and add-ons are enabled or disabled for the users in the organization. It's possible the school's admin disabled access to generative AI features for security or policy reasons, which would override your individual subscription.
I come from an educational institution as well, and I know on my end, when I get to this screen,
I need to enter my school's domain. In this case @school.com
After that, it takes me to my school's log-in page, and here, I enter my school's email addess and password.
