it will extend your subscription, BUT most deals are for new users only. ie, read the fine print very carefully.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi davids02011959,
That is an interesting question!
I checked your account detail and found that your subscription will end on January 24, 2027. Do you wish to extend it? Where are buying the extension from?
As mentioned by @kglad, please make sure that you go through the terms and conditions before making the transaction.
Let us know if you have any questions while making any purchase from Adobe's website. We'll be happy to help.

what each user sees may vary, especially if subscription types are different, country of user is different and there may be other factors. ie, again each potential purchaser should read the fine print very carefully.
most importantly, if there's no fund for a problematic purchase, read it twice because you'll be dealing with the seller, not adobe if there's a problem.

Special offers typically have expiration dates, after which you forfeit the opportunity to redeem them.
I purchased something the other day that must be redeemed within 3 months. I must use it or lose it. 🤔
As @kglad said, always read the Fine Print before deciding if it's something you can actually use.
