Annual plan renewed automatically. How to cancel?

Last year, I ordered an annual package, it expired, and a year started again, I did not cancel it, nor do I want to use the package again. I would like to cancel without paying the full year's fee! Why was a year reactivated?

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Many people do not see the full terms when starting a subscription... an Adobe subscription renews automatically until you explicitly cancel

Yes, this is my problem 😞 and i dont want to use program, not need. i wait one year end, i think after i can canceled, but not! 😞

Szia köszönöm. Igen, minden lépést követtem a lemondáshoz, és ott vettem észre, hogy ha lemondom, fizetnem kell! Tavaly előfizettem 1 évre, mert kellett, most elment, és azon gondolkodtam, hogy lemondom, de arra nem gondoltam, hogy még egy évre újra aktiválták és fizetni kell. Nem akarok olyasmiért fizetni, amit nem használok! Egy évig nem rendelek újra. Miért aktiváltál újra egy évet? Kösz!
