I've recently just subscribed to the creative cloud plan annul plan because of the amount of apps you gain
but before I signed up I was subscribed to the photoshop anunal plan if I cancel it I'll be charge an early fee
is there any way to avoid being charged an early fee since I'm still paying for the creative cloud plan?

Normally you can't have two plans with overlapping apps on the same account.
If you contact Adobe Customer Care like John suggested, hopefully they can help sort it out.
Typically when upgrading plans, customers aren't usually charged an early cancellation fee.
