Applications de l'abonnement Adobe CC

Bonjour!

J'ai choisi l'abonnement basique ADOBE CC.

@karine28190602xp1b

you probably want the photography plan that includes photoshop and both lightroom and lightroom classic, but more limited cc storage.

Exactly!

Thanks for answering 🙂

I thought (when I choosed) that, in the first there is LR, LCand PS. Is that true (doesn't mind the storage I read  G)

Moving this discussion to the Account, Payment, and Plan forum.

Karine, I am sorry, but you subscribed to the Lightroom Plan with 1 TB. Photoshop is not currently included in this plan. Please see https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html for details on what is included in each membership plan.

If you want to choose a plan that includes Photoshop, Karine, see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html for steps to change the plan yourself on Adobe.com. If you would like help adjusting the type of plan you are subscribed to, please do not hesitate to reach out to our chat team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen and they will be happy to assist with the modification.

Thanks for answering.

No I take  the first one (as you could see on the image I let here). with 20G.

By the way, it's really 😞 that we can't chat directly with someone (ok for the forum but I prefer having a chat)...

I will have a look on the last link you indicate 🙂

you should check your account, https://account.adobe.com to see if you have the plan you think you have.

and to contact adobe support: there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
