There  are only 4 apps in my creative cloud. In my plan there should be 45+.

I have Microsoft Pro X 64 bit. I have photoshop but no illustrator or other important apps.

What can  I do?

Surface Pro X ā€“ Technical Specifications ā€“ Microsoft Surface

Did you actually read? This says your device is not compatible

At this time, Surface Pro X will not install 64-bit applications that have not been ported to ARM64

Is Microsoft Pro X a device, or an operating system?

Either way, check the requirements for each program https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

no need to be rude, I just wanted to know if there is  a way to solve it, without buying a new laptop as I just purchased this one. And btw the creators should make it clear with which laptop it is compatible and warn users with which it is not compatible.

@Yelenkamou

adobe does publish the specs needed for all its apps, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

(however, finding what you want on adobe's website can be an issue.)
