Are these resellers legit?

I keep seeing ads for companies like "Beuppy" and "Softwareshore" that offer very cheap licenses. Apparently they are just added to your Adobe account. Does anybody know if they are legit? I mean "Beuppy" is even listed when you search for them on adobe.com under resellers, but I'm still unsure. Even if they buy licenses in bulk and can offer cheaper prices I wonder how they earn any money with this.

Oops.  I read it wrong. I read it as isn't, not is.

But as kglad said, "...the offer is too good to be true, so it's a scam."

Authorized sellers have been known to be removed from the list.
You may want to report them to Adobe:

This lot just blocked me on Facebook when I called them out and came back with some BS about just being removed as a reseller. Clearly selling pirated codes or compromised code. They didn't like it when I asked the question and they responded immediately. Blatant scam.

That's your answer. No, not legit.

Huh, why? Wouldn't it be more the other way around, if they were NOT listed they would be not legit?
