Good day,

I am a student at the Technical University of Zvolen, and I was informed that if I log in to Adobe using my school email, I should be able to obtain a free license for Adobe products for educational purposes for one year. I was also told that I would need to follow the same process annually to renew it as a student for free.

I would use it primarily for creating images for assignments and similar tasks. Therefore, I would like to ask if you could advise me on how to access this free license.

Thank you for your response,
Kyseľ

You need to contact your school to do that.

Adobe provides a discounted price, not free.

The only way to get it for free is if your school pays for it.

Hi, thank you for your advice. On Monday, I will go to the student office and ask them about it.

actually, if you think your school is providing you with a license, you should check your account using the adobe id = school email and confirm you have that license, https://account.adobe.com

only if you fail to see an active subscription would you need to contact your school.  ie, if using your school emails shows an active subscription, this page explains how to install cc apps by first installing the cc desktop app.

the links at the page bottom allow you to select the installer suitable for your os, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
