Asus ProArt offer for Creative Cloud 3 month free

Hi,

I just bought 2 Asus ProArt products with an offer of 3 month free for Creative Cloud with each (so 6 month free).

Unfortunately, the inscription doesn't work on the Asus website to suscribe the offer and register products.

I contacted the Asus support who answered me this is a "technical issue from Adobe" but the is the form on Asus website which doesn't work.

So, can anyone confirm me this an issue from Asus website and if there is another way to register my Asus ProArt products to obtain my 6 free month of Creative Cloud?

Hello,

Did you manage to get this going? I am having trouble with asus customer support. It is incredibly difficult to claim the code and following their rules to redeem. I keep getting bounced from rep to rep and this is quite disturbing
