I try to purchase creatve cloud and when I add the payment information, my postal code was invalid. I chose Australia in the country area. My code is 4 numbers. Should I add extra space or numbers in the end?

Thanks for your question, Kana. Do you receive an error message? In general, you want to verify the billing address matches the credit card or payment instrument that you are using. Do you receive an error message while entering your postal code?
