Hi,

I have been auto-enrolled to an Adobe stock subscription. While I needed the plan for a few months I now do not need stock imagery at all. I have used all the credits that have accumulated and would like you to cancel the subscription. I am not prepared to pay the early repayment charges as was not aware that I had been auto-enrolled.

As this is a service that I do not use and can’t afford please can you let me know how to contact you to action this cancellation immediately. It's impossible to talk to an actual person.

Many thanks for your help,

Claire

Hi @Claire362531428q1l ,

I reviewed the account you used to post here and discovered you have an Individual subscription for Stock. Hence moving your post to the Account, Payment, and Plan Community for further assistance regarding your cancellation.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
