Automatic subscription never used for 1 year

Hi, I have just noticed that I have a subscription to Adobe Stock, but I've never used this. I don't even remember subscribing. It looks like I've paid $329.89. Is there any way to be reimbursed the full amount, as clearly I have never used the service?

They gave me 3 months back out of the 12. It still makes me feel a little unwell knowing how much I've thrown away. I'm sure Adobe could afford to refund it all.

yup. same. they're like mobile phone contracts. its all about the contract. $$$$

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

I very carefully check my credit card statement every month... how did you not notice for a year?
